C. How to get a VISA – Hong Kong, Macao and China
(a) Israeli Citizens
holding Israeli passport do not need a Visa for Hong Kong and Macao. They
will get automatic 3 months Visa in the Airport.
(b) It is advised to get a Visa
for China prior to the departure from Israel through the Chinese Embassy in
Tel-Aviv.
(c) If you do not have a Visa for
China, you can obtain a Visa in Hong Kong, at the following:

Customs valuation is only an
issue for the taxable items listed above. The tax on tobacco is by volume. The
tax on distilled spirits is 100%, on wine is
60% and on beer is 30%. The tax
on petroleum products is by both volume and value. The value is based on the
bill of lading as long as it represents a reasonable market value. The tax on
automobiles is based on both retail price and engine size. For more
