This
document has been prepared under the Secretariat's own responsibility and
without prejudice to the positions of Members and to their rights and
obligations under the WTO

In the Second Triennial Review of the Operation and Implementation of the
TBT Agreement (concluded in November 2000), Members instructed the Secretariat
to prepare a monthly list of notifications. The attached table contains a list
of all notifications issued during the month of February 2003, which
includes a total of 44 notifications by 14 Members.
