IBR was established in 1995, for the development, production and sale of innovative, natural, active ingredients for applications in the cosmetic industry and future potential use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

IBR performs its research and development activities at its own research laboratories in the Industrial Science Park, Rehovot, Israel and markets its cosmetic ingredients products through Symrise GmbH & Co. KG.

IBR actively protects its intellectual properties through a combination of patents, patent applications, trademarks, and non-disclosure agreements.
